Welcome to Tempho. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tempho website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Tempho, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Marketplace role
Tempho is an independent marketplace that connects landlord partners with travelers and tenants. Tempho is not a party to the rental agreement between a landlord and a guest, and is not a brokerage or realtor.
Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to availability, landlord acceptance, and the cancellation policy disclosed at the time of booking. Payments are processed by our payment providers; you authorize us and our providers to charge your payment method for applicable amounts.
SMS / text messaging
By opting in to SMS, you consent to receive transactional and concierge messages from Tempho at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Our use of SMS opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, posting unlawful content, or using the Service to harass others.
Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Tempho and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempho disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
